[BSD oc] Robert Anwood

Okay my new bsd finally got a cute name to such a cute boy. His name is Robert Anwood. I will have a fullbody picture of him soon (Still deciding on what he should wear and what affiliation he should be in) but here is a short profile for him, will update once I get it fully done.
